Green Box Wholesale returns policy has been set up to ensure that you get an easy-to-understand process when returning goods. This will not only help us retrieve broken or wrongly sent items but will more importantly ensure you receive replacements/credit as efficiently as possible.
Typically there are two reasons why a product will have to be returned:
- The item is faulty or damaged.
- We sent you the wrong item by mistake.
No matter what the reason is we will replace or credit your account, as long as the following guidelines are followed.
Please ensure you only return items purchased from us. We can not take responsibility for products not purchased from Green Box Wholesale. If you do send us products that were not purchased from us, we will return said items and will charge you for the delivery.
We will warrant our items for 12 months from the date on the purchase invoice from us, If you have a faulty item and it is still in its 12 month guarantee period please ensure you have carried out reasonable checks on the faulty item and you are satisfied that the item is indeed faulty. Once you have carried out these checks and are happy that the product is faulty, please contact the Returns Department and we will arrange a collection. Once tested, you will be notified of the results for you to decide how you want to proceed.
If a returned item is found to be faulty, we will repair the product to working order and return it to you. If the item cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement to you. If the item cannot be replaced then we will credit your account for the purchase price of the product.
We require an image to be emailed to our returns team for every faulty product you need to return to us so they can log it on our system.
If an item is missing from your delivery, was incorrectly sent to you or has been delivered damaged, this must be reported within 2 working days from the date the delivery was received.
If you have a missing item, contact the returns team and let us know what is missing and we will send out the missing items as soon as possible.
If we have sent you the wrong products, please contact our returns team who will ensure the right products are sent asap and the incorrect ones picked up. When returning non faulty products, please ensure they are properly packaged so they arrive in a saleable condition. If the packaging is insufficient you may be liable for damage caused to the product.
If you have ordered the wrong product or do not want it anymore you will be liable for the return cost.
In relation to trimmers, returns must be sent back in an unused condition or a handling fee may occur. If used and unable to send back, we can send out replacement parts so the trimmer can be fixed in store or by the customer
Liquids
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
