If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from Green Box Wholesale, please contact your dedicated sales representative within 30 days, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for items returned. This does not apply to faulty products or warranty claims.

Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturer’s warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer) Faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued and in some cases the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Gardeners Corner cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure it is in the original packaging.
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
